*Responsibilities:*
- Process accounts payable invoices and prepare payments
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and collections
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare reports and assist with financial analysis as needed
- Provide support to project claims
- Basic administrative documentation
*Qualifications:*
- Certification/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles in developer/construction company preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
