Full job description

This role will be responsible to assist in general administrative and clerical works including typing, photostat, filing, document compilation, etc.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. To maintain attendance report and update by daily.

2. To compile, record, photostat, file and send back all the Delivery Order (DO) and other related document to HQ at least once a week.

3. To generate attendance report and compile day work summary for general workers by fortnightly.

4. To generate attendance report & compile Overtime submission for all site staff to proceed Project Leader’s approval and send to HQ by monthly.

5. To receive and distributing of incoming documents for the office with proper record of distribution.

6. To ensure a proper filling system, record of files, documents and etc, is maintained and updated for quality records from time to time.

7. To assist in office equipment / assets maintenance, stationery requisition, control and distribution.

8. To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments.

12. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:
1. At least a year of working experience as site clerk in construction.

2. SPM/Diploma in any related field

3. relocate to Sg Pinang ,Georgetown

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
