Salary : Up to RM2,500 + Commission
Working Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm
Working Days : Monday to Friday

Job Scope:

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, CV submission, interview arrangement and billings.
- Achieve quarterly target as per Individual KPI target
- Achieve weekly KPI for CV submission, number of call and number of interview session as per individual KPI target.
- Build strong relationship with all key account clients
- Meet client’s demand and adapt to changes accordingly.
- Manage risk, quick troubleshooting, and prompt attendance to issue escalation.
- Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and records related to recruitment activities for analysis
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting submitted in a timely manner

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Day shift
