Currently we are looking a Telesales Supervisor to assist our Head of Delegates Acquisition in his operations to monitor the team deliver their KPIs.

**Description**
- The Telesales Supervisors would work closely with the General Manager & Head of Delegates Acquisition to manage the day-to-day operation and monitor at the Event Invitation Team.
- He / She supervises a team of Event Invitation Team calling on our client's potential buyers as per assigned; follow up to ensure the team "make calls" and deliver their KPI.
- Report Directly to Head of Delegates Acquisition - Greater China & Southeast Asia and General Manager of APAC

**Responsibilities**
- To assist in coordinating the day-to-day running of and the activities of the Event Invitation Team at the Department of Delegates Acquisition - the Telesales activities and problem-solving.
- Perform training, coaching, and leading Telesales representatives and as they provide support for customers.
- Work closely with the General Manager & Head of Delegates Acquisition in identifying trends and establishing the team goals.
- Present reports and analyzing call report data to improve processes and performance.
- Consistently evaluate the performance of our Event Invitation Teams, ensure discipline and corrective actions where necessary
- Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and Department operations.
- Provide leadership for telesales Agents by actively engaging and supporting them to ensure better performance
- To drive achievement of service and KPIs at the Department continually.
- To ensure use of Telephone to achieving effective coverage to the assigned regions
- Guide Event Invitation Team through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry delegates, and handling issues that cannot be fielded by telesales representatives
- Motivate and educate our Event Invitation Team
- Preparing and updating effective daily call plan for Event Invitation Team for a productive customer relationship management.
- Monitor all calls to ensure that due process and quality standards are adhered to and intervene / correct Event Invitation Team where necessary.
- Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the Department
- Identifying and instilling best practice, processes, systems and recommend continuous improvement idea for the Department.
- Regularly Reports weekly team activities to Head of DA & GM
- Regular follow-through on all sales order generated by Event Invitation Team for prompt delivery to customers.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
