Requirements
- Posess minimum diploma in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admin/HR department
- Vibrant and dynamic; Able to adjust to changing work scopes and work place;
- Mobile and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Able to meet target and dateline
- Able to organise and lead the team
Responsibility
- Organising and monitoring day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Collecting and summarising data from different projects and reporting to the manager on a daily/ weekly basis
- Ensuring smooth operation flow in all projects and addressing all issues on timely manner.
- Organising subordinates and completing given task within given timeframe.
- Organizing recruitment/New hire process (interview, screening, briefing, training)
- Processing payroll and answering all payroll questions
- Preparing billing and reporting required by clients
- Attending all HR matters
