**(Finance Executive x 1 position)**

**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Handle daily accounting operations and functions such as accounts payable, general ledger, cash book, month-end closing, and all the necessary accruals and reversals.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist in asset management-related work: a review of fixed asset, procurement, allocation, disposal, and other processes, create ledger and updating, depreciation calculation, registration of intangible assets, right-of-use assets, depreciation, and amortization, etc
- Maintain, prepare & monitor aging payable reports as well as follow-up for payment.
- Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.
- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly file labeled and kept for future reference.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Comply with proper accounting policies, procedures, and methods.
- Handle banking matters when necessary
- Support on courier services arrangement for the company.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

**Key Qualifications: -**
- Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting-related positions.
- Basic knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and **Autocount** Accounting Software.
- Detailed-oriented, dedicated, and responsible.
- Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently & efficiently.
- Required language (s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

- **(HR Executive x 1 position)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on appropriate platforms.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome kits, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork.
- Coordinate exit procedures for departing employees, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring smooth offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality guidelines.
- Responsible for keeping track of personal leaves for employees.
- Responsible for update and maintain accurate employee personnel records, employment, and status-change data.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and other HR events.
- Liaise with HRDF to secure training grant and claim.
- To ensure performance appraisal are conducted on timely basis
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in conducting audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

**Key Qualifications: -**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience or internship in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Required language (s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
