**The Position**:
The MCE Specialist plays a key role in working with Medical to drive multi channel initiatives. The Specialist will be working closely under the guidance of the MCE Manager in driving multi channel excellence in terms of customer journey, content and platform perspectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**
- Supports the Medical Team, in the end-to-end process of Adobe Campaign delivery, which includes, planning organizing and deploying campaigns.
- Supports Medical Team, in consistently looking for new and better ways in running campaigns with the objectives of improving campaign performance and digital engagement.
- Supports Medical Team, in any new platform launch, which includes covering train and change management needs, testing new capabilities, reporting of issues and errors and ensuring they are solved and successful deployments.
- Responsible for the content development process and where required, coordinates with the operations and IT stakeholders, as well as agencies (i.e. HP Services) to troubleshoot and solve issues relating to content development and deployment.
- Conducts monthly meetings with the Medical Team to update on digital campaign / initiative performance and provide recommendations and solutions to issues faced by the team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Hands on experience in digital marketing and execution (e.g. running end to end digital campaigns).
- Prior experience in digital / multimedia agency for content creation in highly regulated markets such as pharma is an advantage.

**Skills**
- Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaign with tagging and reporting that enables content and channel optimization.
- Experience in web analytics (i.e. Google analytics, Adobe analytics, etc).
- Experience in reports extraction and making qualitative analysis to provide valuable input in contributing to effective and efficient customer journey.
