CNC Setter

Examine the engineering drawing and material specification. Verify the fixture and tooling used
- Set up the machine accordingly to the process plan by Engineer
- Check parts produced after settings meet customers’ specifications before passing on to the machine operators and machinist to handle the machine
- Trouble-shoot and fine tune machines to operate at optimum condition
- Reset and adjust machines if not stable
- Continuously seek to make suggestion for improvements and cycle time management
- Inform Supervisor/Leader of defects found and machine alarm
- Maintain 5s standards, general area cleaning and continuously make suggestion for improvements

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 year experience in CNC Auto-lathe machine
- Able to read engineering drawing specification (equipment/materials requirement) and program
- Able to set-up CNC Turning Machine
- Able to use measuring equipment like micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicator and plug gauges and thread gauges
- Able to work rotating shift and Overtime

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
