1) Manage Course Registration for Students:
- Oversee the process of student course registration.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of student registration information into the university system.
- Address any issues or discrepancies related to course registration.
2) Manage University Students Landscaping:
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping activities on university premises.
- Collaborate with landscaping teams to maintain a visually appealing and functional environment.
- Ensure that landscaping activities align with the university's aesthetic and sustainability goals.
3) Manage Courses Offering for University Students:
- Plan and organize the course offerings for each semester based on academic requirements and faculty availability.
- Collaborate with academic departments to determine the courses offered.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources for each course.
4) Manage University Courses Audit for Endorsement Purpose:
- Conduct audits of university courses to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Prepare and submit audit reports for endorsement purposes.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any identified issues.
5) Student Advising:
- Provide guidance and support to students on academic matters, including course selection and program requirements.
- Assist students in developing academic and career goals.
- Conduct regular advising sessions to monitor and enhance student progress.
6) OSC Helpdesk (Student Support):
- Manage the university's helpdesk for student support.
- Address and resolve student inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support services.
7) Manage Student:
- Deferment: Process requests for student deferment and communicate relevant information.
- Withdrawal: Manage the withdrawal process and ensure accurate documentation.
- Credit Transfer: Facilitate credit transfer requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Change Mode: Handle requests for changes in the mode of study (e.g., full-time to part-time).
- Special Exam: Coordinate special exam requests and logistics.
- Dean's List: Manage the Dean's List recognition process.
8) Teaching Assignment & Teaching Workload:
- Assign courses to Course Leaders and Lecturers based on approved offerings.
- Add sections and set student capacities for courses on a semester basis.
- Update the system with any changes in Course Leader and Lecturer assignments.
- Close courses in the system if no students enroll after the add and drop period.
- Ensure proper course registration according to program structures.
9) Provide guidance to students during pre-course registration and add/drop weeks.
11) Monitor Students' Progress:
- Track and monitor students' academic progress.
- Intervene and provide support to students facing challenges in completing their programs within the designated duration.
12) Generate Course Audit for Students:
- Respond to requests for course audits from students.
- Generate accurate and comprehensive course audit reports.
**Qualifications & Requirements:Â**
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in a similar role within a higher education institution will be an added advantage.**_ A fresh graduate is encourage to apply.Â_**:
- Experience in student affairs, academic administration, or related fields will be an added advantage.Â
- Familiarity with university systems, learning management systems, and student information systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for data management and analysis.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to address inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced academic environment.
