**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Inquiries**:

- Address customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

2. **Internal Communication**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate effective communication, ensuring timely product delivery.

3. **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Provide a positive, empathetic, and professional service to customers throughout their interactions.

4. **Product and Service Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in the company's manufacturing products and services, delivering accurate information in adherence to company regulations.

5. **Feedback and Relationship Building**:

- Collect customer feedback to enhance product and service quality.
- Cultivate and maintain healthy and professional customer relationships.

6. **Community Monitoring**:

- Monitor community comments, complaints, and messages related to the manufacturing industry, responding appropriately and in a timely manner.

7. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of work, transactions, and documents related to customer service and operations.

8. **Task Management**:

- Execute any additional tasks assigned by the company related to customer service, operations, or other relevant areas.

**Job Requirements**

1. **Education**:

- Minimum of STPM or A-Levels, or equivalent education.
- Diploma or degree holder will be an added advantage.

2. **Language Skills**:

- Proficient in major languages with effective speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.

3. **Skills**:

- Strong learning ability and effective communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

4. **Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficient in using Google Suites for streamlined task management.

5. **Industry Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology is advantageous.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
