DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Responsible for the daily management of all Health and Safety related documentations needed by Project Manager. 2 Provide clerical support for all Health and Safety matters including claims management, training, contractors, injury reporting, Joint Health and Safety Committees, etc. 3 To update, prepare and produce daily and monthly reports. 4 To distribute various departmental reports. 5 To provide clerical duties as required for the Health and Safety Department. 6 To maintain safety talks and workplace inspection and training records. 7 Perform any other related duties as may require from time to time. REQUIREMENT - Possess SPM or higher education in admin, business or equivalent. - Minimum One (1) year experience in QAQC administration works will be an added advantage. - Able to work independently and self-motivated. - Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
