JOB PURPOSE
- Assist the Assistant Manager in overseeing the compliance with the Company's QMS, company quality policy, relevant ISO, GSDP, GDPMD, clients' and customers' requirements, and regulatory requirements in Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the appointed Quality Officer by executing the quality control procedures which are designated to ensure the operations are compliance with ISO/GSDP/GDPMD.
- Perform quality inspection, quarantine and release actvities for incoming, saleable and returned stocks to ensure the stocks are dispositioned appropriately.
- Perform inspection and final release for secondary repackaging products.
- Assist the Quality Quarantine Coordinator to ensure quality quarantine stocks is quarantined promptly and to release only when appropriate approval are received.
- Maintain quality control records to ensure in compliance with document control procedure and good documentation practice requirements.
- Report to SQE upon discovery of any quality incidents or receipt of complaints to ensure prompt and effective communication internally and externally.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 year experience in similar role
- Knowledge on company operations and procedures
- Knowledge on GMP, GSDP, GDPMD and ISO 9001 requirements
- Knowledge of company operations and procedures

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
