Job Description: Staff Nurse

**Responsibilities**:
1. Nursing Care: Provide direct nursing care and support to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

2. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, including monitoring vital signs, evaluating symptoms, and documenting medical history.

3. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for patients, based on their specific needs and medical requirements.

4. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.

5. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications.

6. Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor patients' progress, document observations, and promptly report any changes in their condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

7. Emergency Response: Respond efficiently and effectively to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and assistance as required.

8. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate and optimize patient care.

9. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatments, and interventions, adhering to confidentiality and privacy guidelines.

10. Quality Improvement: Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives by participating in audits, evaluating patient outcomes, and suggesting improvements in nursing practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Nursing Qualification: Possess a valid nursing qualification recognized by the Malaysian Nursing Board.

2. Registered Nurse: Hold a current and active registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board.

3. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

4. Compassionate Care: Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

5. Clinical Skills: Exhibit strong clinical skills, including proficiency in nursing procedures, medication administration, and patient assessment.

6. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.

8. Adaptability: Display flexibility and adaptability in managing varying workloads, changing priorities, and dynamic healthcare settings.

Remuneration:
The salary for the staff nurse position at Passionate Healthcare ranges from RM 1800 to RM 2500 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and skills.
