Security Personnel/supervisor

SECURITY PERSONNEL
- Responsible to conduct exterior & interior patrols of the hotel premises on a regular basis each day
- Make sure parking area is safe and secured, all the doors around the hotel are properly locked and the rooms occupied by the guests are silent and in the ways they are supposed to be
- Responsible to keep check on the people present in the hotel and take an action if they are doubtful about someone
- Fill in security log with small reports of the areas they have checked
- Responsible to check the cars coming inside the hotel premises at the gate itself
- Maintain security station with a proper information database and stay connected with security room so that quick actions can be taken at times of emergency

SECURITY SUPERVISOR
- Fully responsible in preserving harmony and safety at all times.
- To give protection, supervise and maintain safety of hotel, residents, tenants, guest and staff.
- Patrolling hotel property and ensure no trespassers and report all defects and safety hazards.
- Responsible for all issuance of all outlets keys and check security locks and alarms on doors and stairwells.
- Attend any training provided by the hotel.
- To browse through logbook and to check follow up if any.
- To handle incident and complaint verbal and written, if any
- Monitor staff movement at all time, especially night shift
- To coordinate VIP arrival, parking allotment without obstruction and to escort VIP if requested
- To be alert and vigilant in any situation and challenges
- Services with a smile to visitors, resident, tenant and staffs
- Night shift leader to patrol around all post to check and to sign off the logbook
- To check and count contractor pass when taking over and handling over shift to keep record
- Any other duties as required by the Management

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
