- **ACCOUNT ASSISTANT**_
- Handling account payable effectively
- Process supplier invoice from purchasing department into account system (**AUTOCOUNT**) - _Training will be provided_
- Experience in trading and merchandise account management.
- Overseeing Account Payables and Receivables including collection of payments customers.
- Process supplier payment into system and filing the documents properly for HQ and audit purpose
- Liase with supplier regarding the invoice, statement of account and payment
- Liase with purchasing dept. regarding the pending invoice and debit credit note for return purpose
- Responsible for issuance of Invoices, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in the day to day functions within the department ,achieving month end closing report with stipulated deadlines.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
- Computer-literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Accounting software (**AUTOCOUNT**)

**KELAYAKAN**
- Minima SPM/STPM atau DIPLOMA dalam bidang perakaunan atau pentadbiran ATAU bidang yang berkaitan.
- PEREMPUAN sahaja
- Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun
- Mempunyai asas penggunaan _Microsoft Office (MS Excel & MS Word)_

**FAEDAH**

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
