**Job Summary**

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between customers and the automotive service department. Your role is to assist customers in diagnosing vehicle issues, recommending necessary repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of automotive systems, and a customer-centric approach.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Understand customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Recommending and prescribing the proper/required procedures to address the concerns.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and services.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostics and ensure such procedures are properly executed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service details, and transactions.
- Manage service timelines and keep customers informed of progress.
- Educate customers on regular maintenance schedules and preventive measures.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that parts are in stock and readily available.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred.
- Technical knowledge in automotive systems and repairs.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Willing to assigned at Singapore office

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to Relocate:

- Ara Damansara: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
