Job Scope: 1) Overall responsible for the whole company finance matters. 2) Ensuring Financial Statement as required by the Managing Director. 3) Ensuring Tax & Audit Compliance. 4) Preparation of Budget and Cash Flow forecast. Job Responsibilities: 1) Manage daily financial and accounting matters for the company. 2) Handle full set of accounts, group consolidated accounts & accounting functions to ensure accuracy & compliance with current accounting practices & principles. 3) Review and ensure management accounts, quarterly results and taxation comply with all statutory and legal requirements. 4) Review audited accounts, tax returns and annual report to shareholders. 5) Manage credit control and prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports. 6) Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning and other administrative actions. 7) Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. 8) Any other duties as directed by the management.
