Job Descriptions:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the subsidiary, including accounts payable, account receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
- To assist in secretary matter including regulatory filings and compliance requirements.
- Manage petty cash transactions for branches, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Monitor and report on petty cash expenditures to maintain financial control.
- Collaborate with the manager to provide financial analysis, reports, and insights to support decision-making.
- Perform any ad-hoc assigned duties.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc).
- Proficient in accounting software. Auto count or Domain.
- Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
