**Job Descriptions**
- Handle all incoming telephone calls including receiving, directing and replying of messages
- Managing the front office reception area
- Greets and directs company visitors including suppliers and customers
- Provide administrative assistance to manager in office administrative functions and ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner

**Arrange, manage and record company stocks**
- Managing courier services for company samples
- Perform other duties as and when delegated by Manager ie back up functions and ad hoc requests - Resolve enquiries on a timely basis.
- Work closely with other office support staff on daily basis to ensure daily smooth workflow

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Fluency in English ,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantage)
- Applicants must be willing to work at **Serdang Perdana, Seri Kembangan**.
