**Job Description**:

- 1. Troubleshooting and solve technical problem of RICOH copier machine to ensure maximum Customer Satisfaction (Trouble-shoot, repair & maintenance of multifunction copiers at customer premises)
2. Provide service and parts replacement for the customers.
3. Responsible to perform maintenance & service tasks for customer in assigned territory.
REQUIREMENT
- Good attitude, attendance, punctual & responsibility.
- Good interpersonal skill with all levels of people.
- Knowledge of IT/Networking (Advantage)
- Fresh graduate, non-experience or experienced are welcome.
