Custoner Service

**Requirements**
- **Can start immediately (6 May 2024 - Intake)**:

- A degree in any field (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
- Diploma holders with minimum 2 years working experience in Sales & Service industry, preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry

**Responsibility**
- To provide excellent service in face-to-face to build and enhance good relationship with customer. Smooth business operation and inventory control of the branch to achieve targeted sales and services.
- Strong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skill
- Able to handle walk in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market
- Possess reasonably strong analytical skills to identify causes of issues and recommend solutions
- Able to identify sales opportunity through communication with customers
- Proactively present and sell products to all walk-ins
- Able to persuade and close sales
- Up-selling and Cross-selling of devices and rate plan

**Working days & Time**:

- Monday-Friday (Weekend if required when needed)
- 9am-6pm (Required night shift when needed)
- Rotational Shift

Working Location**:Level 1, U Mobile Service Center, Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur**
