**Job Title**: Technical Clerk
**Location**: Segambut/Serendah.
**Department**: Advance Engineering Department
**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time
**job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of technical documents and reports.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of technical documentation, including manuals, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for technical staff.
- Manage and update databases, ensuring all technical information is current and accurate.
- Support the technical team in the preparation and organization of project materials.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or administrative training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of technical terminology and documentation is preferred.
