Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, bread.
- Creating new and exciting cakes, cookies, bread to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers with the latest trends.
- Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings and to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar and make appropriate orders within budget
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Monitor cleanliness of the bakery section
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
- Monitor all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately
- Make sure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
