**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Assistant Finance Manager on closing of monthly accounts before target date
- Match Direct Purchase Invoices, Delivery Order, Purchase Order and allocation of accounts for accounting input
- Prepare creditor payment upon due date Preparation of Debit/Credit Note to supplier
- Prepare Journal Voucher for Creditor adjustment transactions
- Prepare miscellaneous payment ie.: monthly HP creditor installment, petty cash claims
- Analyses of Balance Sheet accounts
- Reconciliation of Creditor Statement before payment made
- To carry out other duties as and when assigned by superior

**Requirements:

- **
- Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to start immediately is an advantage
- Languages: English and Mandarin
- Willing to work in Perai, Penang
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
