Course Counselor

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
- Participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, workshops, webinars, and orientation programs to promote City University/City Academy and its offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective students in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with admission teams, faculty members, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, psychology, communication, or business, is required.
- Have similar working experience, especially in a higher education institution will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective students, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English are required. Able to communicate in other languages or dialects are an added advantage.
- Able to travel if required.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
