Emr Coordinator

**Learn the EMR System**: Acquire an in-depth understanding of the EMR system, its features, and functionalities to serve as a knowledgeable resource for consultants.
- **Learn the Consultant Workflow**: Familiarize yourself with the existing workflows and processes used by consultants within the hospital, identifying areas where the EMR system can be integrated seamlessly.
- **Collect Data from Consultants**: Collaborate with consultants to gather necessary data and information required for the successful implementation of the EMR system.
- **Assist During Consultant Training**: Play an active role in assisting in training sessions for consultants on how to use the EMR system effectively, ensuring they understand and utilize its features to improve patient care and streamline their work.
- **Post-Training Follow-Up**: After the initial training sessions, maintain regular communication with consultants to address any questions or concerns they may have and collect feedback to further refine their EMR usage.
- **Provide 1-to-1 Training**: Offer one-on-one training sessions for consultants who may require additional support or have specific needs related to the EMR system.
- **Post-Launch Support**: Continue to provide support to consultants as they begin using the EMR system in their designated areas. This includes troubleshooting issues, optimizing system usage, and addressing any challenges that arise.

**Provide support** to the MIS(Management Information Systems) team on an as-needed basis.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 per month
