An opportunity has arisen for a Conference Producer Role based in our PJ office. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will service external and internal clients of BMI, with specific responsibility to analyze the key business markets main points and interviewing key industry players and inviting speakers to our international Conferences.

**The core tasks of a conference producer are**:

- Research relevant, high quality and cutting edge conference and event content across difference sectors.
- Creating concise and punchy sales copy to drive attendance to conferences.
- Plan and schedule events across all industries within South East Asia.
- Copy writing and designing conference program and brochure.
- Manage speakers and delegates during the event as well as pre-event.
- Selecting and inviting high level speakers or trainers.
- Working within the team to ensure excellent on-site delivery of event.

- A Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
- Eligibility to work in Malaysia a preference

The main element of the conference producer job is research; they research the content which is to be selected for the event agenda ensuring they find the most engaging and commercially viable topics. They also need to research the market to identify and secure industry leading speakers to talk about the topics at the event. The research is a mix of desk and telephone based research and in-person on occasion.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
