We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key leader in our establishment, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive business success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback as needed
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Foster a positive work environment and cultivate a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales forecasts, budget variance analysis, and profit and loss statements
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies and goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced dining establishment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen operations, and customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food safety and hygiene certification is required

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
