Job Summary: Providing a range of beauty services to clients, enhancing their appearance and well-being. Your primary goal is to offer professional beauty treatments and skincare solutions to meet clients' needs and preferences. Responsibilities: Provide a wide range of beauty services, including facials, hair removal treatment, body massage, and other beauty treatments. Consult with clients to understand their specific beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments or skincare products. Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable skincare regimens to address clients' skin concerns. Keep updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services and personalized recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all beauty tools and equipment are properly sanitized and ready for use. Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Manage appointment bookings and maintain an efficient schedule to accommodate clients' needs. Promote and sell beauty products to clients, providing education on product usage and benefits. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the beauty industry. Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing beauty treatments. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. In-depth knowledge of beauty products, skincare techniques, and beauty treatments. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to analyze clients' skin and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail to perform precise beauty treatments. Excellent time management skills to manage appointments and ensure a smooth workflow. Knowledge of health and safety standards in a beauty salon environment. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve skills. Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
