Job Responsibility:
1. Collect sample of final products per requirement
2. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final products to the specifications according to product worksheet.
3. Collect and keep all the documents like COA, MSDS, Product Specifications and any supporting documents for QC analysis.
4. Handling and investigate customer complaints.
5. Involve in any internal and external audit held by the management.
6. Responsible in releasing material into production and finished products into warehouse after performing quality inspection.
7. Prepare QC Report or Analysis to be reviewed by management.
8.Overall in charge on GMP in the absence of the GMP Team Leader.
9. Assist GMP meeting if GMP Leader not around.
10. Keep minutes of GMP meeting.
11. Provide overall direction for the operations in the in-process control, finished product control and GMP implementation.
12. Responsible for the analytical results and the decision to release or to reject raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products and finished products based on specific test performed.
13. Perform that all tests are in accordance with correct approved methods with GMP appliances.
14. Responsible for the inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and production process.
15. Discusses production failures with Operation Management and determines causes of the failure and the solution.
16. Assist for ensuring that all analytical instruments correctly utilized,maintained, calibrated,and that their spare parts are always available.
17. Responsible in Pest Control activity.
18. Verified Personal Hygiene.
19. Perform any ad-hoc tasks are requested by Superior.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/Degree in related field.
2. At least a year experienced in QA/QC field.
3. Responsible and honest.
4. Pay attention to details.
5. Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
6. Malay and English language skills (reading, writing and speaking).

Office Hour:
Monday to Friday
8.30am-6.00pm

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
