Pharmacy assistants perform general duties, such as stock management, serving at the cash desk, or performing administrative duties. They deal with the inventory within the pharmacy under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Terutama penyakit-penyakit yang mempunyai peratusan tinggi dikalangan penduduk Malaysia seperti Darah Tinggi, Kencing Manis, Kolestrol dan Strok. Selain membekalkan produk kesihatan dan kecantikan, FPHP juga menjalankan servis ujian saringan darah, ujian kadar lemak & mQuit Smoking Service. Melalui servis yang dijalakan, Team FPHP bukan sahaja dapat berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan mengekalkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, malah dapat menyampaikan maklumat tentang penjagaan kesihatan melalui konsultasi yang diberikan. Dalam mengekalkan prestasi dan meningkatkan lagi produktiviti, FPHP sentiasa bergerak seiring teknologi dan perkembangan semasa, kini FPHP bukan sahaja membekalkan produk dan servis untuk penduduk setempat sekitar Pantai Hillpark, FPHP berhubung dengan lebih 100,000 pengguna laman social di Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Blog dan Online Platform dalam membekalkan produk kesihatan dan kecantikan, malah memberi informasi kesihatan secara percuma kepada umum.
