**Main responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy **_**:

- Create data-driven marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives.
- Work on both organic and sponsored content to boost brand presence.
- **Creating Engaging and Creative Video Content**:_
- Stay on top of the latest TikTok trends and leverage them to create content that is current and relatable.
- Act as the “face” of our brand on Tiktok, and create viral, engaging Tiktoks.
- **Community Management & Analyzing Performance**:_
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on our TikTok performance, using insights to optimize future content and strategy.
- Engage directly with our TikTok community, answering queries and fostering a sense of belonging to build brand loyalty.

**Job Requirement**
- Fluency in the speaking & writing for Malay, English and Mandarin.
- Comprehensive understanding of the latest TikTok trends and analytics.
- A proactive attitude and passion for sales and business growth.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of creating engaging TikTok content and achieving substantial growth in followers, or having experience leading a team in this field.

**Working hours**: 10.30AM - 6.30PM, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
