Master Trainer

**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for the annual training plan and supervising the implementation. To conduct product training and to develop product training courses.

2. Provide product training materials, terminal explanation techniques for training.

3. Analyse training needs of all kinds of teams in the company, customize the training program and carry out the implementation, and track the training effect.

Cooperate with the headquarters to complete the development of training related standards.

**Job Requirements**

1. Good writing skills, great interpersonal skills and communication skills.

2. Preferred Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin in an added advantage.

4. A team player, independent, tactful and resourceful.

5. High integrity, independently, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Must be willing to travel outstation intensively when required.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
