**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and create visual assets for online and offline marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and events.
- Develop visually engaging print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and product packaging that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Transform complex concepts and ideas into simple, impactful, and easy-to-understand visual representations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including social media graphics, web design, packaging design, and visual branding.
- A deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Ability to balance creativity with a strategic mindset, aligning designs with marketing objectives and target audience.
- Ability to translate brand values and narratives into visually compelling designs.
