**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a Video Conference Coordinator who is highly service orientated who excels at communicating and engaging with various stakeholders.

As an integral part of our VC Centre, our Video Conference Coordinator can be based out of our offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, or Kuala Lumpur and work a rotating roster of 8.00 - 16.15, 11.00 - 19.15 (AEST), Monday to Friday.

In this fast-paced role, the Video Conference Coordinator supports the VC Centre by coordinating, scheduling, managing rooms and resources delivering internal and external video connectivity bookings and supporting webinars.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Operating computer-based booking systems.
- Providing best practice advice on platform selection for staff and clients.
- Providing practical AV assistance and sound advice to internal and external clients.
- Responding to all enquiries and support requests.
- Developing and maintain accurate procedural documents.
- Participating in delivery of training.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**

You will also have sound experience with:

- Microsoft Office suite.
- Audio visual, webinar and video conferencing technology such as Crestron, Extron, Poly and SIP.
- Providing remote and some in room technical operational support to video conference meeting rooms.
- IT Help Desk, Audio Visual/Video Conferencing industry or similar experience.
