Junior Nurse

**JUNIOR NURSE**
- Provides direct, professional nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Evaluates new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment by triaging patient
- Prepares equipment and assists doctors during examinations and treatments.
- Administer prescribed medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
- Performs nursing procedures such as blood taking, injection, setting up IV line, wound dressing, and Ryle’s tube insertion.
- Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations - practice infection control as per guidelines.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
- Ensures operation of equipment by assisting in completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; and maintaining equipment inventories.
- To ensure sufficient medication and consumable supplies with systematic inventory in place by checking stock / par level to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies
- Complete required documentation, especially nursing care procedure and observation and other relevant documents such as incident reporting etc

- Assist in the planning of staff’s duty roster and work responsibilities.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Nursing with a valid APC
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of working experience in clinic/hospital management.
- Good customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills
- Fresh Graduates is welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
