**Job Descriptions**:
- Assists Group IT Head to provide IT technical support services across the Group of
companies.
- Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in hardware (PCs, laptops,
printers, scanners etc), software of the computer systems, servers and networks
related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation of the companies in the Group.
- Manage and provide support for Firewall, ERP, CCTV, Card Access, and other related system - close.
- Investigate and troubleshoot IT issues for internal and external stakeholders.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in IT support/related field.
- Proficient in Windows servers, network, IT security, and operations, preferablyexperienced in technical and hands-on skills.
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, end-users and result focused.
- Possess good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport and must be willing to travel outstation.
