**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Possess a detailed understanding of all IT infrastructure, computer and network services of the companies
- Lead the IT infrastructure, computer and network service in terms of daily operations roadmap
- Drive operational excellence across IT infrastructure, computer and network services
- Responsible for delivery of IT infrastructure, computer, and network services projects in a timely manner to support business objectives and operations.
- Liase with business users and respective IT teams to define IT Infrastructure, computer and network requirements and coordinate system implementation.
- Manage and lead in the design and delivery of updates or solutions to the infrastructure, computer and network environment
- Lead in IT infrastructure, computer and network capacity and provide projection on expansion to support business operations growth.
- Ensure infrastructure, computer and network inventory (hardware and firmware) are up-to-date, perform OS patches on desktop and servers where necessary, and review EOL devices and work out for technology refresh on impacted devices.
- Ensure that all procedures and projects are in compliance with audit requirements, internal IT policies and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Operate in line with the IT Operating Model and Values and to promote these within the Client Team
- Provide review of training needs for key executives and staff involved in electronic communications.
- Establish a system for secured information and data flow with tiered security access.
- Set up automated data backup process for sensitive information both onsite and offsite.
- Upkeep database of hardware inventory and software licenses and their renewals.
- To ensure safety working environment in the IT area by conducting regular inspection to recognized, evaluate and control hazard and complying with all internal and external environmental, health and safety rules and regulation.
- Regularly educate and train all the subordinate on environment, health and safety.
- Excellent in delighting our internal customers in providing support and offer solution in consultation with business partners and subsidiary users.
- Complementing qualities to excel includes team spirit, proactive and energetic, strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Be responsible for owning the MES, ERP and data flow solution (modifications and future product direction).
- Create multi-year strategic plans for the product and drive organization wide alignment
- Understand user requirements and design capabilities in order to deliver best in class experiences.
- Understand the product portfolio plans, committed values, and position new development in this context.
- Understand competitive product landscape in the scope of their work
- Learn and stay at the state of the art on technologies relevant to their product.
- Convert strategic plans into quarterly roadmaps, epics, and clarify requirements
- Work closely with product engineering to prioritize roadmap and customer success investments for the product
- Provide review of training needs for key executives and staff involved in electronic communications.

**Job Requirement**

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
