Job Responsibilities: '¢ Prepare production documentation i.e. production job order / job sheet / material issue once received instruction from Sales Team. '¢ To make sure all the information written in documents are correct and follow the specification '¢ Key in production data entry '¢ To assist production planner in data entry in computer system '¢ To ensure all data entries are correctly keyed in and updated '¢ To liase with interdepartmental for material / finished products movement. '¢ Calculates factors, such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates, using adding machine or calculator. '¢ Writes production reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following prescribed formats.
