Medical Director

**Job Scope**:

- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for hemodialysis services.
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing policies and procedures for patient care.
- Ensuring that dialysis procedures are conducted safely and effectively.
- Managing any complications or medical issues that arise during dialysis sessions.
- Analyzing clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Providing guidance on best practices, ensuring adherence to protocols, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure that the dialysis center meets all regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Research initiatives aimed at improving dialysis outcomes, as well as evaluating and implementing new technologies or therapies.
- Ensuring that patients receive appropriate care, have access to necessary resources and support services, and are empowered to participate in decisions regarding their treatment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Graduated in Medical Degree (MBBS/MD/Equivalent)
- Haven’t used APC for licensing of any medical center (hemodialysis, clinic, ambulatory care center, hospitals)
- Must be a Medical Doctor with interest in Management of Chain Dialysis
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Experience in hemodialysis care and leadership.
- Having a valid APC
- Strong willingness to learn leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
