We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will primarily focus on data entry, filing, and providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:
- Input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
**Filing and Document Management**:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- File documents according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in the sorting, scanning, and shredding of documents as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
