We are a leading company in the household industry known for our commitment to excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction. We are actively expanding our business with 2 outlets in Klang Valley and more than 5 counters in Parkson.

We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing sale assistant to join our sales team. As a SA, you will be promoting our products at our retail location. Your excellent communication skills, captivating personality, and persuasive abilities will contribute to creating a positive brand image and generating interest in our offerings.

**Job description**

1. Receiving and organizing shop items accordingly.
2. Restocking shop items and ensuring sales floor is organized according to guidelines.
3. Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
4. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
5. Promoting shop membership cards and explaining membership benefits to customers.
6. Perform regular price audits to ensure correct price tags are displayed.
7. Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
8. Processing customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
9. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of shop items to provide advice and recommendations as required.

**Location** : Portmeirion Shah Alam, Laman Seri Bisnes Park, Seksyen 13 Shah Alam

**Working Hour**: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm ( Mon-Sat)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:
