**Sushi Chef Job Responsibilities**
- To prepare sushi roll & Sashimi & Nigiri
- Cutting fish, meat, and vegetable
- Keep the kitchen clean at all times and comply with food safety and sanitation laws.
- Coming up with new ideas and assist Head Chef in improvising course of menu.
- Ensure all food and other items are of good quality and stored properly
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
