Therapist/beautician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hair Therapist specializing in scalp treatments to join our team. As a Hair Therapist, you will be responsible for providing scalp analysis, personalized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional scalp care services to our clients. Your expertise and knowledge in scalp health and treatments will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct thorough scalp analysis to identify scalp conditions, such as dryness, dandruff, oiliness, or sensitivity.

2. Recommend and administer appropriate scalp treatments based on the individual client's needs and scalp condition.

3. Perform scalp massages and treatments to improve blood circulation, promote hair growth, and relieve scalp tension.

4. Educate clients on proper scalp care techniques and recommend home care products for ongoing maintenance.

5. Keep accurate records of client consultations, treatment plans, and progress to track improvements and provide personalized follow-ups.

6. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, research, and advancements in scalp treatments and hair care products.

7. Collaborate with the salon team to promote and cross-sell scalp treatments to clients during their salon visits.

8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.

9. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Hair Therapist or Scalp Treatment Specialist.

2. In-depth knowledge of scalp health, common scalp conditions, and treatment options.

3. Strong understanding of various scalp massage techniques and their benefits.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and educate them about scalp care.

5. Ability to analyze and diagnose scalp conditions accurately.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

7. Valid certifications or licenses in hair therapy or related fields are preferred.

8. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

9. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
