**Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily museum operation.
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and comfiness of both external & internal of the museum.
- Ensure visitors enjoy and get the most out of visiting the museum.
- Tour briefing and providing guided tours.
- Crowd control by guarding the operation flow, manning registration & perform coordination.
- Customer Care and attentive to request from the public.
- Patrolling the museum & surrounding to ensure things are in order.
- Communications & correspondence (online & offline).
- Assist promotion on museum, visitor Services, Development, Operations, and Administration in maintaining databases and records that relate to Museum operations.
- Be aware & alert of safety and security issues.
- Perform office & administrative duties.
- Landscaping of the museum.
- Assist with sales, inventory, and reports for the Museum Store.
- Provide training and mentoring to the part timers.
- Liaise with local authority for any concerning issues.
- Build a good rapport with the neighborhood.
- Assist Museum Manager on the daily museum’s operation and the assigned tasks & new responsibilities.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any related field with 1 year of the related experience.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility & work ethic.
- Eye on details and a motivated self-starter who can work collaboratively on projects.
- Remain observant & alert over long periods of time & react promptly.
- **Museum location: No. 1, Jalan Bijeh Timah, 30000 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.**
