i. To receive and log all issues reported from end user with regards to Hospital Information System in the helpdesk system.

iv. To escalate unresolved issues at the helpdesk level to the second level support team.

v. To keep track of the status of all cases reported.

vi. To perform Plan Preventive Maintenance.

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
