We are a leading company in the household industry known for our commitment to excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction. We are actively expanding our business with 2 outlets in Klang Valley and more than 5 counters in Parkson.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Supervisor for our warehouse department to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials throughout our facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Warehouse Operations: Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping of kitchenware products.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to warehouse personnel, including training, coaching, and performance management. Encourage teamwork and a positive work environment to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate inventory counts, conduct regular cycle counts, and identify and address discrepancies promptly to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality standards during the packing and shipping processes to ensure that products reach customers in pristine condition.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce adherence to safety policies and procedures within the warehouse to minimize workplace accidents and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, are well-maintained and in good working condition at all timeDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, update warehouse databases, and generate reports as required by management.
- Communication: Foster open and effective communication with other departments, such as production and logistics, to facilitate seamless coordination and timely fulfillment of orders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Location : Seksyen 9, Bandar Baru Bangi Selangor

Working Hours : Mon-Sat (9 a.m - 6 p.m)

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
