**Responsibilities and Accountability**
- Responsible for directing the maintenance, repair and upkeep of all buildings and equipment, installed facilities, grounds and vehicle operations
- Developing short-and long-term planning, managing services provider, produce technical report and establishing organization priorities
- Ensure all Health, Safety & Environmental statutory obligations and Best in Class practices procedure implemented at site at all time;
- Coordinate maintenance activities including engage and liaise with contractor, vendors, suppliers and Clients;
- Monitor, review and evaluate maintenance progress, contract compliance and quality control;
- Ensure the overall maintenance process of installed equipment is being effectively and efficiently maintained in accordance with the maintenance schedule and keep the records accurately;
- Assist in the emergency planning and business continuity plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness;
- Assist on preparing monthly report and ensure that all accident and incident report are well prepared when necessary;
- Assist to ensure inventory management is well maintained and stock level being monitored at all time;
- Prepare technical report on any required improvement, modification or upgrading of installed facilities and buildings;
- Periodically reviewing the service provider's performances to ensure all contract compliance being met, reports of any shortcoming and proposing further improvement measures;
- To provide any support to your management and team as required & perform any other duties as assigned/instructed by the superiors that may be deemd appropriate to this role
- Responsible for full compliance to all safety procedures, general safety & health procedure, environmental procedures, hygiene procedures and 5S execution. Good housekeeping at workshop area and at all related work area.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

**Competence Required**
- Posses Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering Field
- At least 2-3 years hands-on working experience in Facilities Management environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Alertness, attention to detail and can work under stress
- Experience in Manufacturing working environment will be an advantage
