QA Manager

**Quality Assurance Management**:

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes and procedures for PCB manufacturing.
- Defining and establishing quality standards, specifications, and guidelines for PCB design, fabrication, and assembly.
- Conducting regular audits and inspections of PCB production lines to identify any deviations from established quality standards.

**Process Improvement**:

- Analysing the production process to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to address process bottlenecks and quality-related issues.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

**Supplier Management**:

- Evaluating and selecting suppliers for PCB materials and components based on their quality, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of raw materials.

**Defect Analysis and Root Cause Investigation**:

- Investigating defects, product failures, and customer complaints to identify the root causes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.

**Testing and Inspection**:

- Overseeing the development and implementation of testing and inspection procedures for PCBs.
- Monitoring and analysing test results to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate records of quality-related processes, inspections, tests, and results.
- Generating regular reports on quality performance, defect rates, and improvement initiatives for management review.

**Training and Development**:

- Providing training to manufacturing and quality control personnel on quality standards, processes, and procedures.
- Keeping the team updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to PCB quality.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensuring that the PCB manufacturing process and final products adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications (such as UL, ISO, IPC standards).

**Risk Management**:

- Identifying potential quality risks and working proactively to mitigate them to prevent production delays and customer dissatisfaction.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Collaborating with the customer support and sales teams to address customer concerns, feedback, and quality-related inquiries.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years working experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry.
- Extensive job knowledge and understanding of IPC, UL & ISO 9001.
- With minimum academic qualification of Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Business Administration.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
