**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide consultation on products and services.
- Finalize sales and accurately document all transactions.
- Oversee daily retail operations, prioritizing service excellence.
- Cultivate strong customer relations through various customer touch points.
- Ensure service quality is maintained at the highest standard to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
- Supervise retail site operations, including management of staff, stock levels, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Keep close tabs on inventory, performing restocks as needed to guarantee product availability.
- Maintain the visual appeal of merchandise and uphold store cleanliness to set standards.
- Manage the operation of roadshows, promotional activities, and events at retail locations.
- If applicable, oversee a team of retail employees, providing guidance and supervision.
- Handle the fulfilment process of customer orders for store pickup or delivery services.
- Coordinate efficiently the order processing, delivery, and return protocols for customer purchases.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product knowledge, order processing, shipment and returns.
